Home Caregiver Tips: The Sit To Stand Transfer

A short tutorial to help home caregivers understand what's involved with doing a correct sit to stand transfer. Many caregivers work too hard when it comes to moving their loved ones or patients. But, in addition to leverage, it's important for your loved one or patient to be in the proper position. It's impossible to do anything if you're in the wrong position. So, try getting into the right position and then, maximizing your leverage and things will go a lot easier. http://bit.ly/1Tpah53
